About Us

Manorville Borough is a small, welcoming community along the Allegheny River in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. Covering just over a tenth of a square mile, the borough offers a quiet residential setting with convenient access to nearby Kittanning and Ford City.

Originally laid out in 1854, Manorville was officially incorporated as a borough in 1866. It is home to 382 residents as of the 2020 census.

Local government is overseen by a borough council, providing residents with access to ordinances, meeting agendas, minutes, and other public information to support transparency and community engagement.
